Shipping policy

Bubs & Keeks is not responsible for any lost/stolen items after shipment is given to Post Office. 

You will receive an email with tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place an order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional days due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. 

Shipping will not be refunded.

Order turnaround time is around 2-4 weeks for handmade and 2-3 wks for Mafia Stripes, LGB & embroidered collections.

Local Pickup

If you select local pickup for your order, you have 30 days from the notification being sent to pick up your order. If after 30 days the order is not picked up, it will be deemed & charged a restock fee, no refund will be made.
